We may process business profile details, account and page identifiers, public profile information, authorized content, publishing status, engagement and performance information, project facts supplied by the business, and operational logs required to secure and troubleshoot the service. We process platform data only after the account owner or an authorized administrator grants the relevant permissions.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, display connected account context, prepare and review channel-ready content, perform approved publishing actions, show results, diagnose connection failures, prevent misuse, and maintain auditable project records. We do not sell personal information or use connected account data to build unrelated advertising profiles.
4. Platform permissions
Access is requested through the platform’s official authorization flow. The permissions requested depend on the feature selected. Users can decline a permission, disconnect an account, or revoke access from the platform at any time. Revocation may disable the related feature but does not affect unrelated business projects.
5. Sharing and processors
Information is shared with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other connected platforms only to complete actions requested by an authorized user. Limited hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, meet legal obligations, and preserve approved project history. A user may disconnect a platform at any time. Requests to access or delete account-related data can be sent to sales@blashkovsky.com and will be handled after reasonable authority verification.
7. Security
We use project isolation, controlled permissions, human approval boundaries for external actions, and restricted handling of credentials. Tokens and secrets are not placed inside creative prompts. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
Infrastructure and platform providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards.
9. Children
Advertising Factory Social is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when the service, legal requirements, or platform integrations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
